What Glora provides

Glora helps you track upkeep and share a beauty wishlist. Visitors can choose a shared treatment and open a payment app enabled by the owner. Glora is not a bank, wallet, payment processor, booking service, or provider of beauty, fitness, or medical care. Tracking a treatment is not professional advice or an appointment reservation.

Your account and shared information

Keep your account secure and share only information you have permission to publish. Use Glora and connected payment services only when you meet their applicable eligibility requirements. Do not impersonate others, harass users, make fraudulent payment claims, publish unlawful content, or attempt unauthorized access. We may restrict sharing or access to address misuse, security threats, or legal obligations. Contact support to report a problem or request review of a restriction.

External treats and payments

Treating someone is voluntary. Check the recipient and amount in the external payment app before sending. Opening a link does not send money. “I sent it” is the sender’s statement; a recipient confirmation is the recipient’s statement. Neither is payment verification by Glora. A temporary hold only helps coordinate the wishlist item; it does not reserve an appointment or guarantee funding.

Do not send again just because a hold expires or a profile or browser session becomes unavailable. Payment disputes and refunds must be handled with the relevant payment service and recipient. Glora cannot verify or reverse those transactions. The payment provider’s terms and any fees apply.

Subscriptions

The owner app requires subscription access; visiting a public profile is free. Apple shows the applicable price, billing period, trial eligibility, and purchase terms before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; a trial converts to the paid subscription shown at purchase unless cancelled in time. Manage or cancel through your Apple account’s subscription settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple.

Use Restore Purchases to recheck access before buying again. Expiration restricts the main app and public sharing; account/privacy controls, account deletion, and responses to existing treats remain available. Deleting Glora or your account does not cancel billing. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the iOS app alongside these service terms.

Availability and your rights

Glora is currently a pilot and may have errors or interruptions. Notifications and external apps may be delayed or unavailable. Keep independent copies of information you need. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or remedies. We will publish updates here with a revised effective date; contact randyventures06@gmail.com if you have questions about a change or need help ending use of the service.
